The Hilbert Middle School students are trying out a new way of transportation to save money for the school. Please click the embedded link and print out the Microsoft Word document. Fill in the appropriate blanks. By signing the form, you are granting permission for your child to go to and from school in a hot air balloon. Please note well: The school will not provide insurance for your child in the event of an accident. Check with your insurer to see if your child would be covered.
